Terms
- All sales are “as is”. No warranty implied or expressed.
- DOT legal tires.
- ABF reserves the right to retain any and or all units listed for its own operational use.
- Buyer agrees to pay ABF in full within two weeks of invoice date unless other payment timing is negotiated at time of sale. Payment will be in the form of bank wire, card payment over the phone, or other guaranteed funds. Cash payment and personal checks are not acceptable forms of payment.
- Buyer agrees to pick up all equipment within the first 30 days after invoice payment, unless other timing is negotiated with seller at the time of sale.
Delivery Preparation
- Tractors will be de-id by painting over the decals.
- Tractors will have 1/4 tank (6″-8″) of fuel at a time of pickup.
- Tractors will not have fire extinguisher or reflector kits unless otherwise agreed.
- Tractors will not have a passenger seat.
